The academy is the backbone of a modeling agency that plays a vital role in grooming young aspiring models into stunning showstoppers on the ramp.
This journey entails a three month workshop that is based on an ‘Experimental’ method of training whereby participants in groups are given hands on learning and made to experience real situations themselves thereby enriching them with practical experience.
The whole training is segregated into 8 Modules: Beauty, Wardrobe and Styling, Ramp and Runway Techniques, Personality Development and Communication Skills, Photo Posing Techniques, Theatre and Television, being Social Savvy and lastly Health and Fitness. Participants learn immensely from the various discussions, group exercises and audio-visuals.
The programme is designed to help the participants realize their true potential and exude a flair that is so necessary for the fashion world.
Training Methodology
At PMM, we focus on ‘Experiential’ method of training that reduces the need for theory and gives more importance to practical learning. This ensures that the learning is quick and hands-on making the participants think on their feet. |

This is how we do it:
Discussions: To enable active learning in the sessions, we conduct discussions to build candidates’ skills and test their knowledge.
○ Group Exercises: Simulated situations further enhance ‘learning by doing’ in the classroom. These sessions make participants understand the total process and how they contribute to it.
○ Audio Visuals: Training is supported by video films and comprehensive Power Point slides.
○ We use 80% practical exercises and 20% lectures to make learning ‘fun’.
